What You Need to Know Before Playing

01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between y333.wine ("y333", "we", "us", "the platform") and any person ("you", "the player", "the user") who registers an account or uses any product or service available on y333.wine. The Terms apply to all betting, casino gaming, live dealer products, virtual sports, and any other feature accessible via the platform.

By registering a y333 account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full. Acceptance is not conditional — you cannot accept some parts and reject others. If any part of these Terms is unacceptable to you, your only option is to not use the y333 platform.

y333 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notice. Continued use of the platform after a Terms update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The version of these Terms in effect at the time of any relevant transaction or dispute is the version that governs that matter.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To open a y333 account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and for the entire duration of your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. y333 does not accept registrations from minors under any circumstances.
• You must be registering on your own behalf as an individual. Corporate accounts or accounts held on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an active or previously closed y333 account. One account per person is a strict rule — duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance held on duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address or mobile number.
• Your use of the y333 platform must not violate any law, regulation, or restriction applicable in your jurisdiction.

y333 may require identity verification at any point, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected. Failure to complete identity verification when requested may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification. Standard verification requires a government-issued Pakistani ID document such as a CNIC or passport.

03 Account Security & Your Responsibilities

Your y333 account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Do not share your account details with anyone, including family members. Any activity that occurs on your account using your credentials is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify y333 immediately at support@y333.wine. y333 will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the account while the situation is reviewed.

y333 reserves the right to close or suspend an account if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used fraudulently, that false information was provided during registration, or that the account holder has breached these Terms in any material way. In cases of confirmed fraud, any balance in the account will be forfeited.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

All financial transactions on y333 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). y333 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard. Minimum deposit is Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal is Rs 500.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same method used for the most recent deposit unless there is a technical reason preventing this. y333 does not process withdrawals to payment methods not previously used to deposit, as this is a standard anti-money laundering control. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically settle within five minutes. IBFT bank transfers typically arrive within one to two hours, depending on the receiving bank.

• y333 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may apply their own fees, which are outside y333's control.
• Deposits must come from accounts or cards registered in the name of the y333 account holder. Third-party funding — someone else depositing on your behalf — is not permitted.
• y333 may request source of funds documentation before processing large withdrawals. This is a standard compliance requirement, not a discretionary decision.
• Withdrawals are subject to the same identity verification requirements as the account. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals held pending verification completion.
• y333 reserves the right to void and return a deposit if there are grounds to believe it was funded from a disputed or fraudulent source.

05 Betting Rules & Market Settlement

These rules apply to all sports betting and virtual sports markets on y333, including PSL cricket, live cricket, and all other betting products. For casino games including Baccarat, Slots, Card Games, and Aviator, separate product-specific rules apply as displayed within each game.

Bets are only accepted when confirmed by the y333 system. A bet is not valid until you receive a bet confirmation with a reference number. If a technical error prevents confirmation, the bet is not considered placed and no liability exists on either side.

• Pre-match bets are accepted up to the start of the match. Late bets submitted after an event has started will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play bets are accepted within the betting windows displayed during live events. y333 may suspend in-play markets at any point during a match without notice — this is normal and does not constitute a breach of these Terms.
• If a match is abandoned before the required minimum overs threshold for a cricket match (as defined by the relevant league or governing body), all match-winner markets will be voided and stakes returned. Markets already settled prior to abandonment will stand.
• DLS-adjusted results will be treated as official results for settlement purposes. If a DLS result is declared by the match officials, bets settle on that result.
• y333 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a pricing error, system fault, or clearly incorrect odds. Players who have knowingly placed bets on incorrect odds will have those bets voided.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the bet to pay out. A single voided selection reduces the accumulator to the next number of legs rather than voiding the entire bet.

06 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

y333 may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion will have specific terms attached to it — including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and minimum odds requirements. These specific terms are part of these overall Terms and Conditions and must be read before accepting any offer.

General bonus rules that apply across all y333 promotions unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual offer terms:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts is considered abuse and will result in account closure.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds — and only after applicable wagering requirements are met — may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated on the specific promotion. Unused bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire at the end of this period.
• y333 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Any bets already placed and confirmed at the time of cancellation will be honoured under the terms in effect at placement.
• y333 may decline to offer any bonus to any player at its discretion, including to players whose betting patterns suggest bonus abuse rather than genuine play.

07 Casino Games, RNG & Fair Play

All RNG-based casino games on y333 — including slots, RNG Baccarat, RNG card games, and virtual sports simulations — use certified random number generators. These systems are tested and audited by independent third parties. The RNG is not influenced by bet size, account history, time of day, or any other external factor. Each outcome is statistically independent of all previous outcomes.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles and casino games are calculated over very large sample sizes and represent the theoretical long-run return. RTP figures are theoretical averages — individual sessions, including yours, may vary significantly from the stated RTP in either direction. A high RTP does not guarantee short-term winnings.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on y333 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Opening more than one account for the same individual.
• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Depositing funds from a payment method that does not belong to you.
• Using the platform as part of any money laundering scheme or financial crime.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software bots, exploits, or any automated system not approved by y333.
• Exploiting a technical error, pricing mistake, or platform bug to gain an unfair advantage. Players who identify errors should report them to support rather than attempting to exploit them.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate betting outcomes or casino game results.
• Abuse of the y333 bonus system, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets across accounts to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other pattern of play designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your y333 account to any other person.

09 Responsible Gaming

y333 is committed to supporting responsible gambling among its players. The platform provides a range of tools designed to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools are available in account settings and include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a mandatory cooling period of 24 to 72 hours after the increase request.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose in a given period. Once reached, further bets will not be accepted until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a certain amount of time in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a chosen period of days or weeks. The suspension takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your y333 account. Once self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed, and new accounts opened by the same individual will also be closed. Self-exclusion is a final step for players who recognise that they need to stop entirely.

By registering a y333 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or these Terms.

y333 retains account data for a minimum of five years after account closure, as required by standard financial compliance obligations. You may request access to the personal data y333 holds about you by contacting support@y333.wine. Data deletion requests will be handled subject to any overriding legal retention obligations.

11 Limitation of Liability

y333 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While y333 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, y333 is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions outside y333's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain account security, including losses following unauthorised account access where the player's own negligence was a contributing factor.
• Losses resulting from a player's own betting or gaming decisions, including decisions made in reliance on information displayed on the platform that was subsequently corrected.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the y333 platform, regardless of whether y333 was advised of the possibility of such losses.

Where y333 is found liable by a court of competent jurisdiction, y333's total liability to any individual player will not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Changes to These Terms

y333 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes may be made in response to legal requirements, changes to the platform's products or payment methods, or operational policy updates.

Material changes — those that meaningfully affect player rights or obligations — will be communicated to active players by email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before they take effect. Minor clarifications or corrections may be made without advance notice.

The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version of these Terms. It is your responsibility to check the Terms periodically. Continued use of y333 after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13 Contact, Complaints & Dispute Resolution

Include your registered username and a clear description of the issue. y333 aims to respond to all queries within 48 hours, and to resolve complaints within 14 days where possible.

For disputes relating to bet settlement, the following process applies: First, submit a formal dispute via email within 30 days of the disputed settlement. y333 will review the bet, the relevant market rules, and any available evidence and provide a written response within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with y333's decision, you may escalate the matter through any formal dispute resolution process available in your jurisdiction.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws and regulations applicable to y333's operating jurisdiction. By using the platform, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the y333 complaints process.
